Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We ship all orders via USPS using the following services:

  • USPS First Class Mail: Estimated delivery within 1–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or printed on your receipt are based on the shipping method selected, origin and destination, and USPS drop-off times. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Local Delivery

We are pleased to offer complimentary local delivery within a 5-mile radius, ensuring your candles arrive with the care and elegance they deserve.

Order Processing

Once payment has been successfully processed, orders will be shipped within the timeframe specified in the product listing. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow sufficient time for order processing and delivery, taking into consideration order size, destination, and seasonal volume.

Shipping Requirements

  • All orders require a valid street address, including city, state, and ZIP code.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Local Drop-Off

Local drop-off services may be available for an additional fee, which is determined based on distance. Please contact us prior to placing your order for availability and pricing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sefistikated Gemz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been issued and delivery is marked as complete by USPS. Responsibility transfers to the customer at that time.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. File a claim with USPS
  2. File a police report
  3. Await the results of the USPS investigation

Depending on the outcome of the investigation, items may be reshipped at our discretion.
